Venue Proposals

After a friendly chat and listening to your event requirements we will source a variety of venues for you to consider.  Once we have received back and collated all this information a Venue Proposal spreadsheet will be sent to you.

Our venue proposal will also:

• take account of your venue requirements and event objectives
• take into account your location or destination
• be informative by our extensive venue expertise
• include like for like cost comparisons with other venues
• be delivered to you within 24 hours or, slightly longer if the venue is overseas.
• Proposals are normally sent by email but can be faxed or posted
• We always follow up with a phone call once the proposal has been sent to discuss the options
