Venue Site Inspections

We would always recommend where possible that you visit the short listed venues we submit to you.  We are happy to attend such visits with our clients and often do so.  A Site inspection ensures correct questions are asked during a show round so you’re completely happy with the venue.

Another advantage of viewing a venue means you make a confident final decision as to which venue will be used.  Websites and brochures are a great source of information but “walking the space” and talking to the right person at the venue ensures you have the confidence the venue fully understands your brief and what is important to you. It’s also beneficial for the venue to meet you so they also have a very clear understanding of your criteria to deliver a successful event.
As part of our free finding service we will arrange a venue inspection for you and cover the following points: -

• We’ll confirm to you the Event Managers name who will be conducting the show round and telephone number
• We’ll confirm with the venue a couple of days prior to the appointment date all space is still available to view and confirm back to you it is.
• We’ll arrange for floor plans to be given to you on arrival, to help you familiarise yourself with the layout of the venue as you walk the space
• We’ll arrange light refreshments for you at the venue
• We will follow up with both the venue and yourself after the site inspection to ensure all questions were asked
